How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders placed on a business day will be shipped in 24 to 48hrs for goods in stock. Espresso machines requiring bench testing or additional packing will be shipped in 48 hours.

For goods not in stock or special order items you will be advised within 24 hours of a shipping date.

How long will my order take?

Once shipped orders will generally arrive in 2 to 5 business days for most major capital cities.

Regional areas or cities can take 5 to 10 business days depending on the size of the order and location.

Occasionally shipping can take longer than expected. In these cases we will follow up directly with the freight company and do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is scanned through our freight system you will receive an automated email with a tracking number link from Shippit.

Your tracking number email will not be generated until your order is picked up so dont worry if you haven’t received it immediately with your order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do but not through our automated freight system.

What shipping companies do you use?

Our major shipping partners are Couriers Please, TNT, Allied Express, Fastways and Australia Post. The choice of carrier will be determined by the weight of your order and your location.

We use DHL for our international orders.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery costs start at $9.95 for most items.(Some items we do offer with free fright).

Additional charges will apply as the weight of the item increases and the location varies.

We will from time to time offer free freight on most coffee machines and grinders, so keep an eye on our page for any freight specials.
